In the morning, we embark on a journey to Nubra Valley, also known as Dumra, situated to the north of Leh. Accessible via the renowned Khardung La Pass, one of the highest motorable roads globally at 5,359 meters above sea level. Upon crossing Khardung La, we reach Diskit Monastery, the oldest and largest Gompa in Nubra Valley, celebrated for its exquisite architecture, intricate frescoes, and wall paintings. Here, we also visit the Future Buddha, a remarkable 108-foot statue of Lord Buddha. Passing by the Shyok River, we arrive at Nubra Valley, renowned for its pristine natural beauty, stunning lakes, apricot orchards, and charming surroundings. This picturesque valley is famous for Bactrian camels and Quad biking. If time permits, you can enjoy these activities at an additional cost.

Today, we embark on an excursion to Turtuk Village, where the landscape, culture, language, clothing, and even the physical features of people undergo a drastic change as we technically enter the Baltistan region. Turtuk is the Indian-administered part of the Baltistan region, captured by the Indian army during the 1971 war. Situated near the Line of Control (LOC), it holds the distinction of being the last village in Ladakh. Additionally, Turtuk serves as one of the gateways to the Siachen Glacier. In the evening, we return to Nubra Valley, reflecting on the unique experiences of the day.

Journey to Pangong Tso, the renowned lake in the Ladakh region, celebrated for its high altitude and ever-changing hues from shades of blue to green. In the morning, we journey back to Leh. Upon arrival, our first stop is Shey Palace, a former summer retreat of the Ladakhi kings. We then visit the serene Indus River, followed by a visit to Hemis Gompa, a renowned monastery in the region. Lastly, we may also visit the Rancho School, subject to its operation.
